I went to the Depere WI location to make a couple deposits. I hated my experience. If I go to a financial institution I want to be able to go to a counter and complete my transactions face to face with a person on the other side of the counter. I couldnt believe that the only way I could complete my transactions was through a computer screen with a person from the home office in Antigo, WI. I asked the woman three times if there wasnt a counter where I could complete my transactions and I did not get a yes or no answer.
I am able to do things electronically but that isnt the point. I understand this is a new location but if the need arises when I am in the area again, I will not be returning to the DePere location unless counter service with a human is available. Technology is great to a point but people should have the option of not having to use it at their banking institution if they choose not to in my opinion.
I have been to a few other locations across Wisconsin and was always 100% satisfied with the services received, even over the phone.
The only reason I gave a two rating was because even though I did not get a straight answer, the woman I had to interact with was polite even knowing I was not happy. This was not a pleasant experience for me.
