DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE with your business or your money. They are very dumb and arrogant. I tried to trust them with an auto refi. I was approved. I was asked to fax the title, mail a copy, send it to the DMV and they were all the wrong steps. It was a complete waste of time and money. After 60 days of trying to work with them it is still not done. This has caused me problems with my payments and my credit. If you don't care about your money and good name, then i would suggest to go ahead and work with these guys. If you do care, then run away from them as fast as you can. They are really so stupid. It is unreal and it will cause you a lot of problems. Look at the reviews. They give a lot of people a lot of problems. Good luck and go find somewhere else to do business.

This is the worst credit Union Ive ever been a part of. They bode their wonderful customer experience but Ive never seen that.
Theyre extremely inconsistent with purchases they approve and decline and makes the experience not user friendly. Wait times are long to talk with them and then they cant even tell you why the purchase was declined.
On top of all of that, their card services are down and instead of getting a helpful response were told to just wait and well be notified when theres more information. No information on if this is days or hours. Stuck out of state, and they arent willing to communicate with a local credit union so I can access my money to get home. Would highly recommend avoiding this Credit Union at all costs and we will be taking our banking elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I joined this CU about 3 months ago because I needed a new safe-deposit box and that required me to open another saving account. Convenience in location. Poor service both times I was there. I just left there about an hour ago. All I wanted to do was get some quarters & deposit money in my savings. Only 1 other customer besides me there. Nobody at the window I went to. The man acknowledged me and said I'll be with you in a moment. I waited & waited & he kept ignoring me & kept working on his computer. There were 4 people behind that counter. But 2 of the sections were closed & the other one was busy with a customer.
Second time this happened to me with same cashier. I left without taking care of the reason I went there. Very poor service
