Six years ago, while house hunting, we found a house listed by Bonnie Gundrum of the Gundrum Group. It was 5:00pm on a Friday night; we reached out to her while sitting in front of the home. She said she could be at the home in five minutes and was. Without having met her prior she proceeded to show us three homes that evening and arranged for us to see two more the following morning. By the end of the weekend, we had an accepted offer on a house. Everything went smoothly with the closing. Fast forward to today, while contemplating another move, we reached out to the Gundrum Group again. They showed us two homes that we inquired about. Our second meeting they came prepared. They had everything necessary for us to make an educated decision. Although we havent decided what is next for us, the Gundrum Group will be part of every real estate transaction going forward.
