When the time came for our family to buy our forever home and then sell our current home, it was daunting to say the least. Tracy recently helped us with buying a parcel of land in Cedarburg and we could not have been happier. She is an excellent, timely communicator-available when you need her and quick to respond. She frequently went out of her way to look into things for us and was really great about giving us space and time to think things through at our own pace. To anyone thinking of selling a home, I highly recommend Tracy Pitchford and her team. From day one, Tracy was on top of things, recommending how to sell my Mom's house, as well as working on a very classy video of the home (many people told me the video was first rate). She did her research on sale prices for other area homes, consulted with us, and went with our price recommendation. She listened to us and totally agreed with how to present my Mom's house for sale. (My mother (who passed away in November of 2022) had a very unique, historic home in Cedarburg with a history)). Tracy agreed with us on any suggestions we had - we did not even have to stage the house since my mother's taste and antiques fit right in with her 1850's home. Any questions I had I emailed to Tracy and she responded right away. As an example of responsiveness: one day I could not get in the house when we were going to be cleaning out some rooms as the code for the lockbox did not work. I sent a text to Tracy (on a weekend) and she responded right away with a new code that did work. Within minutes! Simply amazing. So responsive. I cannot say enough about her and her professionalism. I felt very supported by her and her team. Once the house was on the market and we received offers (day one, no less), we asked for Tracy's input and she was straightforward and honest as to the best offer. The sale and eventual closing went so smoothly. No hiccups. My husband and I have discussed how wonderful working with Tracy was, and we would recommend her to our own adult children to assist in finding a home in the Cedarburg/Mequon area. In summary, Tracy Pitchford and her team are: responsive, experienced, intelligent, and they listen to their clients! Tracy is wonderful! I am so grateful that I selected her over other realtors we were considering. Five stars for sure!
