Came home from a trip to find my furnace not working. Made appointment for a different company to look at and was told I need a new furnace and was given 4 quotes on new furnaces. Called Block for second opinion and within minutes he found that my exhaust pipe was blocked with snow. Once unblocked the furnace ran fine. Saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you for honesty and integrity!

Incredible customer service. I called first thing in the morning because my furnace was not working. It was 59 degrees and in the upper 30s outside. The friendly receptionist said she would get a technician to us as soon as she can. Dennis, the technician, came within an hour and not only fixed the problem, he showed me exactly what it was, how to reset it if it happens again, and inquired about ordering a new heating panel. He called me a few hours later and let me know that the part was covered in the warranty, and that they would reach back out when it comes. Truly fantastic; Ive not had a better experience with any sort of service or work on my home. 100% recommend.

Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning is the best! We have had their technicians in our home before, and they have been great! Most recently, we had a heating element die on our glasstop stove. My husband looked it up and found that it was an easy fix, so we searched for the part with the intention of doing it ourselves. After an endless search, we couldn't find a trusted company online to order from, so we called Bloch asking for a little advice. They searched their database and found that the part was to an older model stove that the manufacturer was no longer making. Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning goes above and beyond! We highly recommend them!
