Our old air conditioner suddenly stopped working one day, we were immediately worried we needed to replace the whole thing. I gave Tom a call and he was here in 30 minutes, he figured out the problem quickly and cleaned out a mouse nest too! He had it fixed in no time and we were very happy I called him. He's very personable, professional and you feel like he has your best interests in mind.

I've now called Tom twice. Once on a Sunday afternoon for a broken down air condition unit, my wife was on oxygen and couldn't get out of the house. He came over within a half hour and had the unit repaired in less than an hour. This week I called about the furnace fan not shutting off. He came over and diagnosed the problem on a 40 year old furnace. Picked up the very hard to find part and installed it within days; just in time to use the A/C during a recent heat wave. I have been having furnace problems for the last few years. I have called two other companies to try to get it fixed. The first company tore apart my furnace and put it back together and said my furnace just wasn't strong enough for my house. The next guy said the furnace was fine, it was just installed incorrectly and would need a lot of additional ducts installed. Tom found the problem, charged me about $100 and everything is working perfectly! Man, he saved me a lot of money and frustration. Wish I would have gone to him first. You have a customer for life. Tom is one of the most honest,caring and Dedicated small business owners I have ever encountered. After 3 calls and no other company willing to come out on a cold weekend, Tom came to the rescue. Seriously 5 stars for this guy and his company. Wonderful experience and will call Full Service Heating & Air Conditioning for every need in the future.

Arrives in a timely manner when you need help in a jam. Always friendly and not afraid to tell you his honest opinion. Best prices around. Not like the other places that just see you as money for them. Tom the owner actually cares about his job and doing it right the first time.
