        Allison is the most amazing agent you will ever work with! We were overwhelmed and defeated being first time home buyers in a fast paced market. Allison is very knowledgeable and provided us with tips, and took us to any home we asked to see (even if it was an hour beforehand). She was always reachable and had very good communication. She didn't rush us and was a positive voice in the process. Will be using her in the future and recommend her to anyone!

        Allison helped my family sell our dad's condo. She was great! There was so much stress with downsizing and my dad's health, but her support and kindness made things so much easier. She and her team explained everything well, helped us make difficult decisions, and were very accommodating with showings and signings. I've sold two of my own houses through different realtors and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had! I highly recommend her.

She was an EXCELLENT advisor - which we needed because neither of us is an expert in real estate. She helped us look for the things that mattered and advised us on writing a great offer in this highly competitive market. Once we closed on our house, she also helped us price my condo correctly so we got a great offer the first weekend it was on the market. What was great about your transaction is that you had some normalcy to triple check the boxes that really matter so there was peace of mind even before getting the keys. As an agent, it is one of the things that matter most to me. I loved getting to know you guys and know that you will have years of fun and laughter within those walls and especially the backyard! :)
