Brad was an excellent support and resource as we bought our first home. He guided us through every step of the process, patiently answered our many questions, and helped us find the perfect home. He was also extremely good at communication, being transparent, and being present from offer through closing. He also knows the Jefferson County/Waukesha market very well and can provide information about schools, parks, etc. I would highly recommend him, and we will definitely call him if we ever need to buy/sell our home.

We had a great experience selling our home using Brad as our agent. He is very knowledgeable and responds very quickly to questions. He makes the entire process easy and puts together a great game plan which he carries out on schedule. He pays attention to detail. There were no last second emergencies due to mistake or forgotten items. We had to move out of town so much of the process occurred remotely for us and he was able to take care of all issues. I highly recommend using Brad to help buy or sell a home.

He completely exceeded my expectations as a realtor. He made selling my home and buying a new one incredibly easy. He is friendly, personable very patient and very knowledgeable . He asked questions about the new home I hadn't even thought of asking and made sure that the issues that we had found wrong with the new house were fixed before closing. He was always available for showings during my schedule and immediately answered any questions that I had. I sold my home and found the perfect home and closed on both in only 3 months. I was so very fortunate to have him for my realtor!!!
