        Absolute worse , was late on my rent and was told I could pay the rent when I got paid on the 18th , they sent the sheriffs to my house unexpectedly on the 8th to evict me.

        We made a 2:30 appointment and I took off work and was packing my house just for them to say there was no appointment ever made and they cant send no one out for a tour

        This place is an absolute ponzi scam they take your money just to deny you. Then you call the number to speak with someone and it keeps sending you back to the third party. No one has money to just throw away. My advice if you are looking to rent avoid the scammers they dont want you as a tenant they want to keep adding up the app fees that they get from you applying. Just a complete mess I hope the bbb or someone sees this because this is definitely a fraud company

        VineBrook is a rip off. They keep your deposit even if it's their fault that they can't find you a place in 30 days. I put down a deposit of $200.00 and they weren't able to find me a place in 30 days. So they kept my deposit and is now expecting me to put down another $200.00 deposit. I'm pissed that I had to give them a star. They deserve no stars.

        Absolutely horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR ATTEMPT TO!!!! They will scam you out of your deposit and application fee. On two separate occasions they rented out the house I was interested in after I was told they would hold it. And kept the deposit and didnt reach out or return my calls.
