Love living here!! Tammy is great, she has the gathering room feeling so comfortable for any time we might use it. Had a major leak from garbage disposal and Tim had it fixed within an hour!! Hope that I never have to move!!

My car was moved at 8:30Am for snow removal as-per SMS notification from the property manager. There was no snow removal, this is unacceptable behavior.

Review for Building 1300, Prentice Arms Apartments, Stevens Point WI. I am quite literally in the middle of shoveling the driveway and parking lot for my own building, because no one else is taking care of it. To say I'm upset, is a huge understatement. I have left two maintenance requests about this, both of which have been received, but not completed. I have also texted about this twice, and no one has bothered to answer me at all. This is beyond ridiculous, and I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in the very apparent lack of effort on Northern Managements part. I'm tired of my vehicle getting stuck trying to get in and out of the parking lot, so I'm going to handle it myself. If someone would actually take care of this, or at least answer me, I would consider changing my review. Until then, it's going to stay a one star. ________________________________________ As of 4/10/2024, there are still 6 "received by property manager"
