Hi Sabitri, I have been grooming your dog for some time already and during that time, you have never expressed any concerns about your dog's behavior after grooming. Simba is a wonderful dog and has never exhibited any signs of insecurity during the grooming process. If you had concerns prior to his appointment on Tuesday, I wish you would have said something before today and need to wonder why you would continue to bring him to me if you felt something wasn't right. It is and always has been the policy that all dogs be groomed on a 6 to 8 week schedule. Your husband wanted to schedule beyond the 8 weeks. I offered him an appointment at 9 weeks and he did not want to take that appointment and insisted on much further out. I did my best to accommodate within reason and he wouldn't be flexible and was insisting an appointment well beyond my policies. I understand that people have busy lives and do my best all the time to accommodate their needs, but flexibility has to come from both parties. It is unfortunate that you feel the need to leave this review and not include all the details of what transpired. I will miss Simba and wish you the best with your new groomer.
