Ordered a custom case for my brother for fathers day, his Daughter died so it was very important the case was correct. Unfortunately due to a screw up on my end and the color not being correct i just couldn't give it to him. i contacted case station and they gave me a code to re order the case so they could fixt the name and color! I have never had a custom company do this for me! Not only did they do this but there response was quick and respectful and they said they would double check this time to make sure the case is correct! Thanks case station you guys are great!!!!!

I really want to give them 1 star, but I'm hopeful I'll finally get them to respond. I've used Case Station many times and I've never had an issue. But, I've placed 2 orders with them since Nov. 25, 2020. I still have not received my case. The one I ordered for my friend was placed 8 days after mine and she did receive hers. Unfortunately, they printed the image on the wrong case.ive written them 2 emails and called them 3 times and I still have not heard back. I'm going to give them another week since we are in the throws of the Christmas season. But if I don't hear anything by then I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting my bank.

I don't write many reviews and certainly not bad ones unless I think a company is just negligent and doesn't care. My daughter ordered a watch band on June 9th. According to their website it should arrive in 3-5 days. After a week we were getting concerned since we did not have a tracking number. You can call and leave a message but they will NEVER answer the phone and they did not return the 4 messages we left. You can chat as their website suggests if only the website had chat. We did finally get a response via FB message 48 hours after we messaged. They explained they were behind but could see our order was there and would be processed shortly. A week later we messaged again. 48 hours later (their customer service appears to be in the UK) we received a response that said they would expedite. When asked what that meant, no reply. Another week and no product and they stopped responding altogether. I messaged and emailed them to cancel the order. No reply. The watch band showed up on July 10th. The product is fine. The service is the worst. There are plenty of vendors out there. Choose wisely. Also, after I kept emailing to be sure it was canceled they created a USPS label so it would appear they were shipping it but in reality they didn't give it to the post office for another week.
