Supervisors Albert & Ivan are insecure, they offer zero feedback, they lack professional and personal boundaries, they play favorites, they play politics. They have NO communication skills, leadership qualities & are not fit to supervise anyone because they work as a team. They spend all day speaking in Spanish, they're not relatable to the people they work with.
Whatever the true cause of their feelings of vulnerability, you and your coworkers have to walk on eggshells around them at all times. Not only does this decrease the productivity and effectiveness of an office or company, but it creates an unstable emotional environment in which to work. Knowing you have to curry favor with your supervisor at all times is exhausting, not to mention demoralizing if you don't end up being part of their inner circle. They'll get rid of anyone they don't like or feels threatened by.  And due to Manager, Mary lack of care, understanding and empathy for employees ensures high employee turnover and low productivity. PCA lost most of their employees due to temps making more money then PCA staff members and someone hacking their system. Bad company to work for if your looking for job security, equality and teamwork like environment.
