We have had our now 3.5 year old at Wee B Kids since he was 3 months old and I can honestly say the experiences we have had here are nothing short of amazing! I am particularly picky and nervous as I was a pediatric ICU nurse and have seen what horrible things can come from daycares. How relieved I was when we experienced this incredible care first hand. We had an immediate connection with the infant room teachers (so much love to Peggy and Tammy) and with each class we develop incredible relationships with the teachers. One of my favorite things about Wee B Kids is the community it builds. My son has had the same best friends since he has started and has always been excited to welcome a new friend to the class. The kids and teachers welcome us in the morning with hugs and smiles and yell with excitement that my son is there. We feel so lucky to be apart of the Wee B Kids family and now have our second son there! Its hard for me to read some of the reviews especially when it talks about other kids behaviors. I think that when you send your child to a daycare you do have to expect that there will be some conflict with children. Its important to remember that every child comes from a different home life and that may reflect on how they behave at daycare. This does not mean teachers are being inattentive or dismissive of your concerns but possibly are trying to treat 2 very different children respectfully. My son has been pushed and has also been the pusher. This is what 3 year olds do. Its our job as parents to have these conversations daily with our children and thats the beauty of daycare, it helps teach life long lessons. I applaud both the teachers and the children daily. Everyone is doing their best and I love them all for keeping my babies safe and happy. ** also they did the impossible and potty trained my son, this alone deserves 5 stars

My son has been at Weebee kids now over a year. They are wonderful. Their fees are extremely reasonable. Not once have they critiqued my parenting (unlike our last daycare) never once have they said anything negative about my child. They totally respect our dietary restrictions. We are extremely pleased with them!

We have sent our kids to Wee B Kids for three years now and cannot emphasize enough how much we have loved our experience. Upon starting, the staff immediately treated us and our children like family and we could not be happier with the care we've received. Each day, our older child comes home excited to tell us about his day and how happy his teachers made him, and we can't leave each night without him saying goodbye to all of them. As an educator, I am admittedly picky about where we send our kids due to the impact on the early developmental years. I would highly recommend Wee B Kids as their care for our children and specific programming tailored to the needs of each child has helped them learn and develop. The flexible scheduling has also been a tremendous bonus!

Over the course of 4 years, the staff treated my children very well. The problems got worse over time and we ended up leaving because the staff couldn't keep our children safe from physical harm another child imposed. I'll explain below. The schedule flexibility made it easier to overlook the negatives such as losing jackets/clothing/supplies, missing sheets, and forgetting to give our kids breakfast at times. I heard a teacher call a kid "stupid" once and reported it to staff; the teacher still works there. They worked great with us when our kids were going through potty training and were patient with our kids. They opened up once so our kid could get something left behind on a day they were normally closed. They do fun activities and their lesson plans are good. There were some great parts of the center, which is how we overlooked the bad for so long. The outdoor play area has a lot of run down equipment. One wooden play area in particular has a support beam with nails sticking out that has fallen down next to the ladder the kids climb up. Their faces go right past an old wood block with rusted nails not properly secured into the playset. Staff was made aware of it and attempts were made to fix it over time but it never worked and the wooden piece with rusted nails remains a broken hazard for the kids. For a while before we left the center, a boy started attending that is out of control. The staff does not properly control his behaviors and keep the other kids safe. He runs the center with his misbehaviors causing problems easily witnessed by parents at pick up. The staff wouldn't address some of it so the behavior continued. We witnessed a child playing with a ball get pushed down pretty hard by this boy, stole his toy, and laughed as he ran away. We told the teacher who was in charge of watching the kids at the time and they scoffed at it claiming that's just how the boy is. There was no consequence to that boy's behavior, there was no comforting the crying child, and there was no corrective behavior of returning the toy to the child that had it to teach a lesson. That boy spit on one of my children and the staff had no intentions of telling me. Thankfully my child could speak for herself and advised me while we were at the center. They told me there's no state mandate to inform parents when a child is intentionally spit on. The boy threatened to harm my child and that was brought to staff's attention. We asked for a plan to be put in place to keep our child safe and their response was to blame my child for "not being friends" with the boy. I'm not forcing my children to be friends with a problem child. Not satisfied, I called the owner at home and made her aware. We came up with a plan. A week later, we came to pick up our kids and witnessed the boy holding our kids inside an outdoor play house, blocking the door to get out, and throwing little rocks at them. One of my children was screaming crying. The staff denied seeing/hearing the crying that would alert them to danger, they didn't keep adequate state mandated staffing (only 1 teacher outside for at least 8 kids), handled the situation extremely poorly from a customer service perspective, and kept the problem boy at the center so we had to leave. Even if that boy is removed from the center, I wouldn't trust them because of how poorly they handled this incident after the fact. They can't keep our kids safe so we can't trust them.
