Bad energy. Bad experience. When asked, my 3 year old did not want to stay. We were there for 10 minutes. Casey, the mayor, never issued the refund that was promised. Let us on to believe we would see our money minus the return processing fees. He has ghosted us. Bad business. Noteworthy details: The floors creaked behind us with no one standing there.

A beautiful renovated church. Rooms are clean and spacious. It is a great spot to come and relax and enjoy small town life. The hosts are kind and attentive.

Wow, I cannot recommend this place enough!! From the very beginning of my search for a place for our family to stay for our wedding, Denessa was so extremely helpful. This was the PERFECT place for our families to stay for our wedding last month. It was so homey and comfortable and Denessa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, not to mention, she made an amazing breakfast in the morning. She even went outside to clean the top floor windows for us so there would be no glare on the windows while we were getting ready and taking pictures the morning of my wedding. It was seriously better than I could have ever expected and Im so grateful for this place and everything Denessa did for us. Everyone was raving about how much they loved staying here. Thanks so much Denessa!!!

I would give more stars if I could. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. It's simply charming inside with a roomy loft and gorgeous handmade quilts in every room. Denessa is the hostess with the mostest! The food was amazing! This is not just a place to stay, this is worthy to be the reason you travel to Brodhead.
