We made an appointment a couple weeks ago to talk to them about doing my wedding. Got there and it appeared closed with no cars in the lot. There was a sign on the door to call and they'd be right there. I called advising I had an appointment at 3pm to discuss a wedding. The girl on the other end only said 'Oh...' with a long pause before adding 'we couldn't get into work today'. I understand it's bad weather but it didn't start getting bad until 2ish and we came all the way from Caledonia, IL to meet with them. We made it, so could they. They didn't even attempt to call me to ask if we could reschedule or notify me they wouldn't be in today due to weather. The girl on the phone ended the conversation with a poor attempt at an apology and didn't even attempt to reschedule or get the business.

They werent going to be able to get the flowers delivered until the next day but ended up making it happen as I was really hoping for same day delivery. They also had to substitute the floral arrangement from what I chose online and did a beautiful job! Will definitely use for all of my floral needs!

Our son and his family sent us this beautiful bouquet for our 55th Anniversary. Six days later it is still as gorgeous as the first day. While this is not the florist shop we normally go to, our sons family doesnt live in town, these flowers are still as magnificent as the day we received them. We couldnt be happier.
