        Poorly made arrangement. Went to Nyries & they fixed it up *free of charge* . (Regardless of using a wiring service or not the flowers received initially were not worth the value paid. Customer service was also disappointing.) (Also if nobody wins using wiring services, perhaps you shouldnt allow them for your business .)

        Great experience! I cant remember the girls name started with a Y but she was amazing help each time Ive gone in, she definitely goes above & beyond !!

        Stood in the store with not one person acknowledging my presence waited at the counter. One employee made eye contact from the back room but nobody greated me or attempted to help me. I'll take my $500 order elsewhere I suppose.

      I'm sorry you were disappointed in your arrangement. We strive to do the best with what we have. I'm glad you found a local florist to use and will call them in the future to place your floral orders instead of using a wire service where nobody wins.
