JB Mechanical, from start to finish, which was an amazing 36 hours, was phenomenal and professional every step of the way. Our furnace, 25+ years old, died over the weekend and the heat exchange cracked and was dangerous and unusable. As first time homeowners and parents of 3 children under 4 years old, that was pretty terrifying to learn. Within 12 hours, they had come out, diagnosed it, and let us know that it wasn't safe to be in our home with the furnace running because of potential carbon monoxide poisoning. By that evening, they had sent an estimate of what it would cost to replace the furnace, with multiple options, and after talking with the owner of the company, we arranged to have their staff, Patrick, come out the next morning (bright and early at 7:30 AM) to install it. It took about 5 hours, he was a wonderful source of information about any questions we had, and very courteous the entire time (even petting our 3 rambunctious dogs). I had to actively work in the space while he was doing the install as I WFH, and at no point was the installation disruptive as I was able to conduct research when the louder noises were occurring, which didn't last long, and still felt productive in my job and able to complete my work.
