        We made an oops as home owners and all it took was one call and Josh was on it. He made me feel confident when talking it through and had Mike here within an hour. Mike was super thorough and knowledgeable as he solved our problem efficiently. It feels good to have a reliable company to work with. Thank you!

        We needed to buy AND install a new furnace and AC unit due to ours being old and dying. After many quotes and consulting with other business we decided to go with this smaller business, one because smaller businesses you usually get better costumer service, and two we were familiar with the brand they used. They were very quick to take our business and come in and install the stuff (which was great). After installing they checked everything but they did tell us they had to order a breaker and they would let us know when they had received it. Weeks went by and we didn't hear anything. So, we tried to text him more then once or twice and we called AT LEAST 3 times. We NEVER heard from them and still to this day are unable to get ahold of them to FINISH the job. We even offered them more business for their air purifiers but still NEVER heard back from them. Seems like they just wanted to get our 10k install and then customer service doesn't exist after that I guess. Very disappointing! Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

        Patrick and Mike just left after installing our new furnace and I couldn't be more satisfied. They were both out here previously to help limp our old furnace along which finally gave up. Needless to say we have used the services previously and they were always timely and professional no matter who I was dealing with. I highly recommend them! Services: Install thermostat, Heating system repair, Heating system installation
