Sometimes (if I am lucky) I will find a helpful sales person but most of the time I am treated rudely by the women behind the desk. I dread returning items or walking into the store so I try to avoid both even though I love the T clothing.

I was at Talbots in Appleton WI on a Saturday about 10:30 am. I returned two items I hot online. The woman who waited on me told me to remove the two items from the shipping bag. I did and I asked of she would throw away the shipping bag. She told me to do it and pointed at a tiny garbage can on the floor on her right side that was a stretch for me to reach. She also then told me to remove each item from its original packaging. As I was bending down and way out to reach the garbage can I hit my forehead on the end of a clothing rack that the garbage can was behind. I hit it hard. The woman waited on me said "phone number. I was stunned from hitting my head and she said it again. Phone number. I ssid I just hit my head pretty hard and asked if it was bleeding. This woman is a terrible employee. Rude and gave the perception that she was too goood to touch the plastic bags talbot sent my items in. Its an expensive place so I would expect to be treated with kindness not judgment
