All of the staff were great, and Venus in particular was so kind and helpful and totally made my day! Very much recommend this place!

I was able to be seen by a doctor via zoom. All staff was pleasant and polite. The only complaint I have is that the 2nd exam room & staff member smelled heavily of tobacco smoke. The scent burned my eyes when they were adjusting the test device by my face.

Im extremely disappointed in this store. After my family orders contacts, they keep sending me the wrong prescription and we keep having to call & change it just to get the right ones! I even spoke with staff to make sure we were getting the correct prescription & the eye doctors didnt even mention during my recent appointment that I needed an entirely new prescription. Staff & eye doctors are nice, but they do not have their stuff together.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never in my entire life ever been so unhappy with a doctor/business. I had an appointment for my daughter on November 22, 2023. When I first walked in the ladies in front were very cordial with me. I filled out her paperwork and had a seat in the back. On the paperwork I filled out the 3 medicines that my daughter takes, as well as the 3 diagnosis that she has. She is 8. Shes been under the care of a psychiatrist since she was 5 and has also been seeing a therapist since then too. Little background for you- my daughter has ADHD, DMDD, and anxiety. She has been on her meds for awhile. We went in for the first part of the exam- this lady was very nice. Reassuring to my daughter when she was scared. Being that this was her first REAL exam. We went back out and waited for the second part. This lady was a little odd but none the less did her job. She had to do the bright light in my daughters eyes THREE times!! And the thing still didnt upload for her. No one would pick up my daughters appointment for some reason and the lady would make comments like oh that doctor ditched you which seemed highly inappropriate to say to an 8 year old in my opinion. She finally called when she couldnt get anyone after we waited for some time and got a doctor to take the appointment. He came on and within mere minutes was telling me that he basically couldnt help me, that it was her meds and I needed to get my daughter off of all her meds because she was taking far too many for a child. This is where I got really upset. 1. Hes an EYE doctor, not a psychiatrist. He knows NO medical background about my daughter whatsoever. He had no grounds to come in like he did to say anything to me. 2. He didnt even give her an eye exam to know whether or not she actually needed glasses. Which is why I was there in the first place! 3. He told me I needed to follow up with her pediatrician about her medication. NEWS FLASH! Im her god damn mother! What do you think I did in the first place?! I checked with her pysch, meds were okay, went to her doctor, she was okayed there, they did a small eye exam and told me to take her in to get her eyes checked which is EXACTLY WHAT I WAS DOING!! Until this complete jerk of an eye doctor (if thats what you could even call him) came in running his mouth at me. By this point- after I was telling him these things and he was refusing to listen to me and refusing to give my daughter an exam, I was fuming!! I told the lady to hang up on him and get a different doctor. She refused. I grabbed my child after this horrific experience and slammed the door out of there. I will ALWAYS ADVOCATE FOR MY CHILD. Since day one that is what I have done and I will never stop. Your doctor was in the wrong and needs to be handled. My special needs child takes medication because she needs to and thats okay. If he doesnt agree with that, thats his own personal opinion and not something he needs to shove down another parents throat especially in his workplace. I came in for an exam for my special needs child, I will now let others know that Americas best doctors dont accept special needs children.
