The store was so upbeat, clean and modern. The frame choices were great. I ended up with a pair of sunglasses that I will love for years !

Well saw good reviews for this place well I was wrong. Went here for first time was not given what I had requested then was not given a detailed bill which would have eliminated the mishap. when I called to question the goods received I was told that they will need to see what they can do. I asked if it is common practice for a medical facility to render services without giving the customer a receipt and was told "no it is not, but it is because we are short staffed." This seems to be a poor excuse, not to mention extremely unprofessional. I now am waiting to see what they will do. I would not recommend this understaffed unprofessional facility. Will update this as it plays out. They did fix all for me and even recieved a refund check tx Nora!!

I just ordered my first pair of glasses from this store. What a great experience. All questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed. She made sure I was happy and understood everything. When it came time to pay the bill the insurance was acting up. She happily called the insurance company and got my bill worked out.

I sadly neglected to get the name of the gentleman who helped me choose new frames. He asked what my style was, then pulled three frames out that he thought Id like. The first pair I tried on were perfect for me...funky, fun and stylish. They truly are experts here!
