Worst customer service ever! Id give this store negative stars if possible. Ill never be back. This has been going on for years how is this store even open. Avoid go across town way better!

Worst customer support experience Ive ever encountered. On 3/5/2024, I went to this location to pick up a package. I had driven an hour and a half to this location. The package was not here. Which is fine, I would have been okay with going to another location. However, the staff here wouldnt help me at all. They wouldnt help me find where the package is. They didnt offer to call anyone. They didnt do anything and were extremely rude about not being able to help. I will never use this location again and am appalled by the laziness and unwillingness to help someone who had traveled so far to get their package.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you enjoy having a worker punch your package to check if the tape will hold then come here. If you'd like a worker to violently shake your package to make sure it is packed per the FedEx standards then you really need to come here. If you like visiting a place which is drastically understaffed, has long lines and only rude, smug workers this is the place. If you like getting charged significantly more for shipping, packaging and tape then come here. I'd rather have food poisoning and be stuck on a plane than have to set foot in this building ever again. There are other locations very near by that ship Fedex and other carriers which have better service. Dont walk away from this place, run as fast as you can. **** Update I unfortunately had to come back here due to a FedEx prepaid label. My recent experience (now in 2023) was just as horrible! I was told to move the boxes around multiple times to different counters, they didn't like the labels and how they were taped, they wanted to repack my boxes and the women behind the counter was so incredibly crabby. I hate this place, not sure how this store is staying open.
