My husband became a patient of Jessicas in late 2019 and I started to see her via video appointment during the beginning of COVID. I did enjoy the actual sessions even though Im somewhat a sceptic when it comes to counseling. At my last session in June , Jessica said she was going on vacation and would reach out to me when she returned . It is now November. I have reached out to her 3-4 times. My husband has tried to contact her a half a dozen times. We hear nothing back from her. I truly hope that she didnt come down with some medical condition herself. Her lack of professionalism in return calls/emails is horrible and I strongly recommend any reader to find another therapist.
