I've been coming here for over a year now, & I have never met a counselor I liked as much as I do Jean. She's down to earth, free-spirited, kind, wise, friendly, understanding, uplifting, & the list goes on. I highly recommend the ART therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) she provides, if you struggle with trauma & ptsd symptoms. It is literally mind blowing the way the process works. It's definitely emotionally draining, but so worth it at the end. I feel like I've lost a thousand pounds, having the weight of my deep pain lifted. Only one session done so far, but already noticeably life-changing.

I have been working with Katie (Kathleen) for about 3 years now and she is nothing short of amazing. When I found her I had just recently had to "fire" my old therapist and Katie really helped me work through that process and begin a new therapist-client relationship. She's helped me through many other experiences and continues to do so. She has also been a great resource for helping other friends/family members find mental health care. Highly recommend Katie and her staff at Purple Lotus Counseling!

I have called them x 2 and left voicemails for them to call me back. Have not heard anything. It has been almost 2 weeks. I'm disappointed because it looked like such a great place for help. Sad they don't take the time to check their voicemail or call back.

I have been seeing Kathleen for several months now. I feel very validated and supported. She has gone above and beyond for me many times in the months i have worked with her. she says her E-mails are always open in between sessions and she means it! if I E-Mail her I usually hear back within 24 hours if not the same day, which is huge! she is very down to earth, and talking with her is like talking to a old friend. I can not recommend her more. 5 out of 5 stars
