        Easy to make an appointment online. The staff were friendly and helpful. My computer was not fixable. They explained why. I was impressed that they didn't tell me what was available in the store.

        Brought my PlayStation five in for this guy to tell me that hes all booked up as theres only one person sitting in front of him, I told him that I just need my PlayStation looked at hes like oh yeah youre funny we dont do game system fixes here even though theyre a complete electronic store. Nowhere else fixes systems. Best Buy is a complete joke

        I discussed my problem further with geek squad support was told I was going to receive a phone call from someone to discuss it further. Never received that phone call. I wouldnt recommend taking your computer or device to get serviced here if its not warranted through geek squad. Personally, I dont think you have very professional people working for you. Simple penmanship and personal hygiene should be requirement for this job.
