        Visited a big name competitor first, they were helpful but when we got to Mattress Firm it was a much more straight forward experience. Jake gave the more details about the brands and what to expect with each. We have a waterbed frame and wanted to move away from that. He gave us the perfect option and a bit of discount as well. Please know that the mattress manufacturer sets the price so look for the experience and service offered.

        We walked in to this store last week and were treated in such a demeaning way that we walked out. The young man on duty was out and out rude. We went where we were treated with respect and bought a mattress for $2100. Too bad, so sad for your loss.
