        This location, is large, clean, comfortable with plenty of redundant equipment even considering Covid-19 limitations. I just wish corporate would enforce a "no mask, no entry & use" position. However corporate won't stand behind local staff if they try to enforce the mask requirement.

        I give the gym 3.5 stars currentl. Nothing is broken that im aware of. I give Larry and Daemon 5 stars.. Larry is the most inspiring.. Daemon is always helpful.

        As it was enjoyable and convenient to attend this gym, I have nothing but regret. I have had nothing but problems with this location. The staff has been COMPLETELY unhelpful. We've been trying to cancel for over a year, and can't do so unless we go in person! We live in another state and can't just show up. DO NOT under any circumstances, use this gym and move away. It's not worth it! You'll be charged membership fees monthly, biggest scam I've ever seen in my life. And they still won't cancel unless you come in person.

      We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, Andrew, although we're sad to hear if our cancellation process has caused our members any distress, and we seek to be as transparent as possible about it. Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods for canceling. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk, or you can mail a signed letter to your home club directly (certified mail is recommended for tracking purposes). For reference, this appears in your Membership Agreement signed prior to joining and on our policy page under "Membership Cancellations" here: https://www.planetfitness.com/about-planet-fitness/planet-fitness-policies. If you have any questions or concerns, your home club manager would love to further address them with you.
