I placed an order for a combo three season jacket/ parka in November. I received the three season twice and had to return one and after several calls still have not gotten the parka. I am being told that it is very popular model and on back order from the manufacturer. I unfortunately work for a company that requires a logo and special reflective tape. My only option is to go through Amerisource. I don"t receive updates unless I call. I think I will get the parka in the spring when all the cold weather is gone. NOT IMPRESSED.
