Called to schedule a consult as I am starting a new business this year and know very little when it comes to filing taxes for a business. I had pressing questions that I needed answered asap. Called on Monday, was told someone would get back to me in the next few days. I didnt get a callback until Friday, I understand theyre busy and wasnt upset. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice but said he couldnt get me in until after April 15th (over a month)! I understand I am doing this in the middle of their busy season but my business cant just be put on hold. I called a different local business that was recommended to me and was able to get a consult scheduled for the following day. Really disappointed it didnt work out as it seemed like Fox Valley would be a good fit for me but sounds like they have enough on their plate anyways.
