        He had his lights off and doors locked for my appointment at noon. Took time off work and ended up wasting an hour of my time. Look elsewhere.

        Tim did my and my ex-wife's taxes without problem for 3? years. But this year, after meeting with Tim over the phone (again for taxes,) he said he would send me documents that evening. After several days I checked in via text and he apologized and said he would get them to me that evening. When still nothing after almost 2 weeks, I texted him saying I completely understood that I may be low priority and if he didn't want to do them, no problem, just please let me know so I could find someone else. I never got a response.

They we knowledgeable in navigating through the paperwork of starting the business and was able to help with business deductions come tax time. Tim was also able to set up a personalized IRA and investment accounts. I was very happy with the service and recommend them highly.
