They did a appraisal earlier this year and reported the commercial property was worth less than it was built for. Pretty much impossible since we reviewed other appraisals that were done and came in where they should of came in. This low appraisal offered by Alliance was probably due to a trainee doing all the work. Find someone that doesn't use kids right out of college to do the appraisal. As a previous review mentioned I would suggest looking elsewhere for a appraisal, can NOT recommend Alliance. Hope this helps someone out there!

What a waste of money and time. Their work was old and not up to date. Evaluation was way off. Would suggest finding another appraiser. Would rate 0 out of 5.
