I only met Jackie recently when she showed me a a few condos. She was very kind and attentive during the purchasing process and felt more like a friend than a realtor. She is a wonderful agent and an even better human being.

Jackie once again exceeded our expectations. She made several recommendations on how best to present the lot we wanted to sell. In addition she pursued several potential buyers and the property was sold much sooner than we expected.

Per request of needing more information: The realtor also only picked up her phone about 60% of the time, oftentimes never getting back to us for days or only responding to text. It was known early on we needed a power of attorney and direct deposit. Realtor wanted to list the house significantly less than what we wanted, which we thought our price was fair given that the houses around us were higher than the price we wanted. She said we'll meet in the middle b/c she said people will get into bidding wars over houses, so we wanted to make it a sweet price for offers. Someone made an offer on our house 4 days after listing for the lowered price, and they did offer a bit more but only to finance their closing cost, which did not affect the pay we received from the house. And due to waiting so long to list it we felt rushed to take it, as we were coming up fast on our moving schedule. I mean of course the house sold fast, we listed it for lower than most of the houses in our area have been listed. We thought we did all the correct paperwork as we were clear on the week we would be moving. Our last time in the house we planned to clean up and head out by 5am, but slept in. As we were leaving around 10am we received a call saying we needed to sign the power of attorney. Paperwork we thought we signed a month ago!! we had just hit the highway! What if we had left at 5am? What did we sign? We have no idea, we were never given any copies! We went to the offices and signed the paperwork before leaving the state. The realtor often had us calling or texting with the lawyer involved to answer questions because she had no idea on so much of the process taking place and instead of her making the effort to get those answers we were told to ask the lawyer instead. It was honestly very frustrating getting the runaround for any question needing to be answered. Upon closing day we waited for a call to let us know how it all went, or if it even happened we called 6pm our time 8pm their time and she answered and said oh i forgot to call you, my kids sadie hawkins dance is tonight and (etc excuses) I get it, family first, but had we known this entire process would be put on the back burner of her life we would have chosen someone else who could at least pretend to be attentive. She could have at the very very least texted us to tell us we closed! She told us the check would be in the mail on monday when we were getting off the phone. We never gave them an updated address and we also told them we wanted direct deposit. Pure Panic and stress the whole weekend, what if they send the check to our old address? Why did they write a check? What were we going to do? Well turns out they missed more paperwork, the realtor again told us to talk to the lawyer, we did, he said check he already wrote a check and it was ready to be mailed out. We reminded him we wanted a direct deposit, he said to send our bank information via EMAIL!!! How unprofessional and unsettling is that? What if his email got hacked and he never deleted it? What if he used the bank info himself ? An email with bank information is so uncertain, shifty and scary. Anyway we got the deposit. No congratulations, no receipts or paperwork regarding what we paid in fees, what the realtor made, what our actual amount was. Nothing. We sold the house in the 2nd week of September and it is currently the end of January and we still have not received a receipt. So yes, while the key points you point out did happen, the entire experience was very stressful due to the inconsistency and lack of communication. To summarize: would not recommend based on poor communication, not listening to us or giving us other options for our wants, we played middle man with the realtor and lawyer, power of attorney was forgotten about until the last minute, bidding war did not happen because we listed it too close to our moving date per realtors suggestion, zero paperwork on any part of the selling, had us email our bank info to the lawyer.
