Her homes are all advertised as having an alarm system and cameras. While there is one installed we called to see about getting access to our cameras. They told us that whoever jad them installed had payed for the installment but did not continue to pay for yhe service. So if the alarm goes off it will not notify poluce and the cameras do not actually work. We were also told it came with a fenced in yard. She text us around 5 months of living there asking us to pay whoever she was having come cut the grass that day then asked if she would mind her parking cars in our yard. It is ILLEGAL to park cars in a yard for a period of time within coty limits amd she was goung to charge ppl for parking. We told her no amd then all of the sudden she says the yard wasnt included anyways. Really! She just asked us to fay for it to be cut! Also the upstairs floors were left with the orginal wood floors. Around the edges where they removed the carpet they left the carpet strips with nails sticking up feom the floor.. We ended up moving bc she sold the house, which is fine, except for the fact we offered to buy and she hads said she couldnt sell if she wanted to bc she did not solely own it. The day we left she messaged saying we had left a couple items of baby clothing in a dresser drawer so we drove over to get it. When we got there all the doors were locked she ignored our phone calls from all her numbers(she has multiple) and all the utilies were on! We only left 30 min ago and had turned the power off at the box. Everything was still in our name and it was a friday. We also legally had until midnight. It was only 4 in the afternoon. She called me a few days later left a voicemail saying that the stuff was on the porch. When i brought the bag home it had my BABY'S clothes at the bottom with the contents of a vaccuum cleaner dumped on top and trash on top of that. When it was time to give the deposit she is trying to take money off when multiple times she has told us we were the cleanwst tenants and the house was cleaner than when we moved in! My bf even redid the entire kitchen in the house, installing new cabinets, backsplash, etc. Not to mention she sold it the day we moved. Would never recomend anyone renting from there! If it sounds too good to be true it is! (They also hike up prices for out of town workers. Not worth it guys!) Save your money bc in the end she will try to screw you over like us and our neighbors and multiple other ppl! (Pictures are of clean clothes in drawer and then of what we recieved)

WE ARE A REAL FAMILY WHO RENTED FROM THIS PERSON/COMPANY FOR A YEAR. THIS IS OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND EVERYTHING IS A TRUTHFUL AND HONEST RECOLECTION OF OUR YEAR LIVING HERE AND DEALING WITH CDC.
We lived in our home for a year. It was filthy upon moving in, which was funny bc the lease said if we left it unclean she'd charge a cleaning fee. I used to joke about when I was getting paid for my cleaning services. It also stated that everything was in immaculate condition, my bf signed the lease, if I had I would have listed every little thing about it. On a side note** BE SURE IF YOU ARE RENTING AND DOING A WALK THROUGH YOU WRITE DOWN EVERY LITTLE THING THAT IS WRONG. THERE ARE MANY PPL WHO DO NOT THINKING THAT THE LANDLORD ALREADY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG AND WOULD NOT CHARGE YOU! THINK AGAIN! MOST OF THES PPL DONT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST THEIR MONEY!** I did not complain about it being dirty though. It was a 4 bedroom house for 850 a month, fully furnished. This was not the 1st house they showed us. They showed us a house of the same size across the street. It was covered in mold, peeling walls, holes in the floors, kitchen cabinets were just shelves on the walls, the attic room was moldy and covered with plastic and every single peice of furniture was torn.. they were only asking 500 a month but it honestly was outright wrong to rent to anyone. Our house though was a huge step up from that one so we took it bc not much was available at the time. I cleaned our entire home. I did not want a lot of the furniture bc it had furniture stuffed in every corner of the house so I asked it be removed (after all our lease did say that it would be removed if we did not want) but I was told her guys get paid too much to do that and she did not want to do it so I, at 8 months pregnant, had to move furniture into the basement myself. Upon moving furniture and finally being able to get into the upstairs closets I found that 2 of the large closets were stuffed with hazardous building materials and trash and under a lot of the furniture was food, garbage, old ear swabs(tons of disgusting things in dresser drawers). I threw out all the garbage from the furniture we were using and then cleaning out one closet which had nasty nasty dirty old carpet, nails, and carpet padding in. The other closet I kept closed and did not use bc it was just too gross for me to think about touch, and that says a lot coming from a mother of 4 boys! The house was advertised as having new carpet.. the carpet was brown rugs stapled together on the floor with a rug over them so you can not notice the seam on first inspection. None of the remodeling is done by professionals or correctly. Our bathroom wall started to peel near our tub due to not using the right materials (you have to use certain stuff on your bathroom walls bc of the moisture and wettness) She had my bf do some work with her, he has years of home remodeling experience, not one person who was at the house he did work on knew what they were doing at all. He opted not to do work with her again, he will not do anything less than perfect and does not want badly done jobs to his name. We were warned by multiple people who knew her and her husband since they were young that they are "shady ppl" Those are the exact words I had heard from 5 different ppl she grew up with and knows. I did not believe it at first she does seem nice but will tell constant lies, even when unnecessary. Our neighbors were evicted from the house next door, and I have no doubt that their house was absolutely disgusting, they had 2 large dogs that I NEVER saw outside and the lady was a chain smoker. She showed my bf an ESTIMATE she had received from a professional cleaner, which she brought to court and they were ordered to pay. It was a 4000$$ ESTIMATE! She had 2 other tenants come in and carpet clean! She didn't even get a professional cleaner. I lived next door I spoke to them and heard from them themselves that they cleaned the entire house. I watched them for days bringing out furniture and carpet. **see Shane Jones for cont.**
