Jay did an amazing job! I was very nervous since I havent been there before but he was very friendly, & does very good work. He is a natural & Im very happy! Hope to get him next time.

Told the nail tech my daughter only needed regular polish, then they gave her gel polish options to choose from without mentioning they were the gel options. Let my daughter get the gel polish at an upcharge because she was already set on the color and then all of the polish peeled off like a loose sticker less than 12 hours later. We were uncomfortable the whole time because the same tech was being really rude and snappy to the other client he was working on before us. And the childrens pedicure chairs massage settings did not work and they were dirty and dusty, I cant imagine how long its been since they were cleaned thoroughly.

Jay is the man to see! He was gentle and friendly. I love how my nails turned out. Showed him a picture at glance at he was on it. I'll definitely be back. He hand drew the flowers, so much detail and it turned out better than I imagined. Thank you Jay

I went there today because I needed a set because my original Nail Tech went back home for a week. Needless to say, I was disappointed as I always have been when I went there before not only did they overcharge me for a poor service, but I sat and listen to the Nail Tech beside me Bully, an older lady, which who couldve been my grandmother into getting something she did not want. She was getting acrylics taken off and just wanted nail polish on her original nails, which were very fragile and she explained that over and over to this man he then proceeded to push on her to get , the dip and of course told her how much more it was going to be. I had to intervene because this lady did not know what to say because all she wanted was the fake stuff off of her nails and her original nails painted. Of course they started talking in their own language , and we couldnt understand what they were saying, but I would never recommend anyone to go here. They couldnt even pick out a nail polish for her after she told them she couldnt see without her glasses so I had to pick out her polish for her I have no words , Ill never be back and I dont understand how theyre still in business
