        I had been seeing Jodi when she worked at Frederick's and followed her here for my first post-COVID haircut after I got vaccinated. The services were great for that first appointment, but she stood me up for the second appointment and wasn't even apologetic about it. I have an appointment card that she filled out for me, too, so I know I definitely had an appointment for that day and time even though she denied it when I texted her about it. I won't be going back. Service: Hairstyling
