I cannot recommend this company (and Larry) enough. My husband and I initially started the home buying process with Veterans United and the biggest take away we both learned was veterans dont let other veterans use Veterans United. 45 days after our offer being accepted and 5 days away from the original scheduled closing, Veterans United said it would be impossible to approve us due to clerical deficiency (they asked for specific documents from financial institutions that we have accounts with and those institutions said they have NEVER issued or heard of the document in question). I spoke with Larry for the first time on March 6th, able to explain our situation. From that point forward, it was consistent communication and collaboration towards working on our goal. Larry and everyone at USA Mortgage did more than just what was expected, they truly went above and beyond for us and we were able to close April 5th, not even a full month since we started our mortgage application. Larry also drove an hour to be able to attend our closing and meet us in person, as everything was completed virtually. We cant thank USA Mortgage enough for getting us into our new home and cutting my husbands work commute in half - no more 4 hour daily drive time. Thank you again! We cant wait to enjoy the summer in our new home.
