Rosewood Apartments

Hello Lacey, you’ve made some serious claims here, to which we would like the chance to address.1. Upon purchasing the apartments, we asked you to sign a lease with us that had the exact same terms as your previous landlord. You were already on a month to month lease. 2. Your household reached out to us once regarding concerns of a leak coming from your toilet. We sent our maintenance worker the same day and he fixed the leak the same day that your request was made. Your household never again reached out with any maintenance requests. 3. Your lease was terminated after a firearm was discharged in your apartment causing the police and ambulance to be called, damage to the apartment, and tenants calling in fear of their safety. Not only did you endanger your neighbors, but you made no effort to communicate that any of this happened to us.4. We reached out to you and other parties living in the apartment multiple times via phone to communicate the end of your lease. Unfortunately, as you changed your phone number and did not give us a way to contact you, we spoke to you directly when we were in the parking lot. 5. Skin color has absolutely no effect on our tenancy decisions. Our rental criteria and tenancy terms are very clearly shown in our lease and are the same for everyone.
