Been living here for a little over a year and its honestly amazing! Love the people, the price and the place 100 out of 10!!

We moved here to the Briarcliff Apartments back in May of 2021, from forty-two years of life in Elkins, WV. From the very beginning, we were treated very compassionately and professionally by Missy and her staff. We made a few visits prior to moving and received a great deal of help from Jeremy and Wendall as well. Having lived here for almost three years, we believe we could not have made a better choice. Anytime we need something, Missy, Jeremy and Wendall have taken good care of us. Being retirees, we have been spoiled by the staff here. We look forward to many more years

Briarcliff is a very great place to live. The facility members are the best Missy, Wendell, and Jeremy are the best!! Such a nice a quiet area to live, and everyone is pretty friendly!

Although there are a few things (amenities) I would have liked to have been different here, Briarcliff Manor served its purpose and my townhome was a safe and clean place to rent! The office manager was always very friendly and quick to respond & handle any issues. Thanks for everything!

Briarcliff Manor review of a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, (they have bigger apartments and townhomes if a 1 bedroom is not enough for you) My name is Madeline and my boyfriend and I have been renting this place for a little bit over a year now. You have a very spacious living room bedroom and bathroom along with kitchen and plenty of storage space. You get an amazing value for the price of the rent!! You will also have an amazing property manager Missy who is a sweetheart, she is very helpful, understand and an amazing person to talk to if you have any questions at all, she also responds to emails very quickly! You also have your maintenance guys which are absolutely amazing, they respond to request very well, fix things like new and are understanding as well! Overall your management/ landlord/ maintenance people are absolutely amazing people, very down to earth and caring individuals and ive honestly never had a issue or problem here.This place is a great spot for all, there are young couples, familes, individuals ect. All neighbors are super friendly and its very quiet in the apartment complexes.You also have a app that you can make maintenance requests, email, documents and pay rent or see your balance. Highly recommend this place!! Definitely an amazing apartment with an amazing location and amazing people!
