No sitting area. Pepperoni roll and Blueberry muffin were good. Cappuccino was horrible inspite of the extra shot of expresso, had to throw it out. Freindly service.

Tea place that lacks essential basics like milk, artificial sweetener, and Earl Gray tea. Ridiculous.
