        DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM! This company does not deserve a star. This company is partnered with Farmers insurance which is not a good idea because it can be confusing who I should contact for questions or concerns or need to make a claim or call Roadside assistance. I ran into my 1st bad incident when I was traveling at night and my tire blew on side of highway at 5am. I called both Mercer and Farmers and was given the run around that they showed no record of my vehicle being insured. When I finally got ahold of the Roadside assistance and the time they arrived to me overall took 3 hours. My 2nd bad incident is the payroll deduction. I will NEVER sign up for payroll deduction again especially with a insurance company. It's robbery at its finest because they change your policy without notification and then try to make an excuse not to refund you the difference. I only had my policy 3 months and my premium went up twice without my knowledge or my agreement.

      Hi La Terra, Our records do not show you as our customer. You are probably referring to the Mercer Insurance Company itself. We do not carry Farmers or Mercer Insurances. We also do not have payroll deduction. Our name has Mercer in it but we are two totally different companies.
