        We totaled our car in December of 2021 and have been paying full coverage cost for insurance for a vehicle we didnt own anymore, we had some set backs, with my dad getting hospitalized and working for a new company so we were off for two weeks and was trying to figure out ways to cut our cost to get caught back up with our finances so we called the Princeton, Wv office and spoke with Miss Brittany, who was outstanding. She had exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. She was a blessing. Really! Thank you! And I highly suggest the insurance also, when we totaled the vehicle the time frame in which we was taken care of was impressive based on past experiences with other insurance providers.
