This past Saturday 4/6 while traveling to Pittsburgh our son in Morgantown blew a tire due to a crater pothole.
With little time to waste I called NTB.
John understood the situation and made the accommodations for a Sunday repair.
We arrived 15 minutes early and Angela got us right in. John communicated our issues prior and Angela took the ball and ran with it. We were out of there in no time.
With that said, I am so grateful for the service I received. John and Angela worked as a team, communicated, and got the job done. This is the second time NTB / MAVIS did and excellent job.
