I have had experiences with medical transport providers not showing up on time and having wait as much as 90 minutes for a pick up after appointment. I had a non emergency, but important, appointment for my mother and though I called as soon as the appointment was booked, four days ahead of time, I could not schedule the transportation because there was a five days notice required to do so.
That set me on a hunt for another way to get my mom to her appointment. AT MCDANIEL was amazing. On time, attentive to my mothers needs, no problem when her appointment required more time than anticipated, prompt pick up, and extreme patience with a 93 year old woman who was very anxious and demanding. I will book this company for every one of my mothers non emergency transport needs and feel blessed to have discovered Aaron, the owner and operator.
