My husband had to walk to go pick up his vehicle from the shop. Nobody was there to take him, when this was all scheduled ahead of time. Customer service could be a little bit more friendlier and show a little courtesy to the customers, starting with not be on the phone.

They seemed nice enough and were helpful in getting me a car when mine left me stuck in Hagerstown over the weekend. There is a Valero gas station less than a mile down the road which makes it convenient to top off the tank before returning. My issue with the rental is that I only had the car for a few hours, drove it about 50 miles, topped the tank off before returning, and they still charged me $20 for returning it for them needing to fill it up. Pretty sure that just went in their pocket as there is no way the car took 2 gallons of gas after filling it 0.9 miles down the road. My advice would be to take a picture of the fuel gauge when dropping it off to prove it was full.
