I would definately recommend Impresa Modular for all of your home buying needs.My consultant Sarah Britt and her team have gone above and beyond to walk me through every step of buying a new home ! She will not disappoint when it comes to customer service .

The best part of the experience was working with Sara Britt. She is down to earth (plus she is a Vet) and worked very hard for us. The trip we took to the factory was very informative, once we were able to see how the houses are built we new we were making the right decision. There was a delay in taking delivery of the house and Sara was key in keeping the deal intact, I would recommend her to any of our friends and family with out hesitation.

Called to get more information, and I was told the person I was supposed to work with wasn't available. I asked to get their number to try and call them later and was told no. It was expressed I should give them my number? Why would I give you mine, if you wont give me yours? Seems like a scam to get your information for automated calls and junk mail. Poor business model that is not customer oriented.

They keep changing the name, but Express Modular/Impreza Modular are the same. You will be on the hook if anything goes wrong. The contract is written so that you don't have much recourse and they try to stick you with the bill for their awful incompetence. Go find a local guy who has his own set crew.
