I think the staff working there is not cooperative, not sure about the doctor as didn't get a chance to see. The staff said the doctor only had 10 minutes window to see me and I was a minute late so they couldn't see me. We had two appointments and according to the message I received the day before, I was 10 minutes early. It was a mistake of timing because the day before they only sent a message for second appointment, although they did not call me before marking no show for the appointment, I explained everything to them that there was a communication error and it was just a minute, but they completely denied, I think it shows their poor management and uncooperative behavior of the staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Fleming was incredible with my 5 year old, who is very shy and Dr Fleming was able to get him to listen and accomplish what needed to be accomplished. He was amazing with the way he spoke and explained everything so thorough to us. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE GLASSES / CONTACTS WITHOUT A FIGHT. Google made me give them a star. In my opinion, myeyedr earned no stars. I have had to wait 2 months to receive my TRIAL lenses. I have called multiple times and each time I receive a different answer as to when my contacts will be arriving and why they are late. The same thing happened when I ordered glasses from them a couple of years ago. Both times I have been told "It's our lab." This time I was also told, "it's your prescription." PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED GLASSES AND/OR CONTACT LENSES AS "THEIR LAB" IS APPARENTLY UNABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITHIN 2 MONTHS.
