Great local bank! They care about customers and it shows

HCB staff, whether in person on via the phone, are and have always been very helpful to remedy any issues we've experienced. Zero complaints! 5 stars all around

I went down there at 4:15 PM and their drive tru was closed. I try to avoid this branch they are very rude anyway but please at least update the hours.

Hannah, management, and all of the bankers and financial staff is exceptional. They're professional, helpful, knowledgable, and honest. Fantastic team.

This is not a Bank Location. No ATM. No Check cashing. No loan payments. No WF banks in WV.

Explore different mortgage banks near you, emailed and called plenty of times during my loan process, with no response. Eventually went to another bank that was helpful.
