Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain Service

We had a main sewer drain clog and it backed up into my downstairs bathroom. I worked on it for a week. Bought an auger, used draino but it became apparent that it was a worse clog then I was equipped or wanted to deal with. My wife called a local plumbing company and two gentlemen arrived and ran there eel, in two different places to no success they charged us 180$ and said someone would be back in the morning to run a High pressure machine to get the clog pushed through, they showed up in morning and it was different guys they again ran eel, had no luck, they then used the camera eel and said the clog was right under my downstairs bathroom sink under the floor and then informed me that the floor would have to be remove flooring in the subfloor to get to the pipes so I agreed to take the floor up and cut out section of the fence of course I can get to the point well when I did they ended up needing to take the toilet off as well so we did and long story short they ended up breaking my drain pipe from the toilet off in the wall. They didnt run the camera again and now informed me that it was getting stuck outside of my house and that it was a crushed pipe most likely. They offered to dig it up and install a clean out for $1700 I told him I would get back to them they ended up charging me 400 more on top of the 180 the night before and left. Are then tempted to dig it up and fix it myself only to discover when I did dig it up that there was no crust pie but there was a clean out outside so once again out of my league with the plumbing outside to give another plumbing company a shot and we called Roto router. The two gentlemen came out they were very professional much more knowledgeable than the two sets of guys that we had it dealt with with the other company they ran the hill to the clean outs very quickly established like theres not going to be able to get it with the ill so they called their boss and I was told it that someone would be there in the morning with the Jetter and that they would not leave until I was unclogged.Turned out to be the owner mr. carr that showed up the next morning on Saturday and right away I could tell he was very experienced and Knew his job. It took him about 45 minutes if that and it was free and unclogged. The gentleman were very professional very knowledgeable got right to work knew exactly what to do right off and they got me unstuck cleaned up afterwards and even gave me some tips and advice to do with the plumbing pipes where they were not installed properly originally. I will never use any other plumbing company except for roto rooter I was very impressed. Thanks guys, It was such a relief as I had not had any sewer draining in over a week and as we have two young children it was a big Inconvenience for the week until we called the right plumbers Roto rooter fixed us right up and put us at ease.

The response time was great and there employees communicated very clearly to what they found and needed to do to fix my down spout drain

The Roto Rooter in Charleston WV is great! John and his team are fantastic! They do work for my job and John comes out no matter what time it is. This is one contractor I know I can count on no matter what! We need more like them!
