I am very grateful that I was able to have same day service while I was in from out of town. Otto took care of the problem efficiently.

That technician is rip off, he didn't do much to fix my problem. Useless in calling . I still paid $625.95 for nothing. Don't call them, you'll be disappointed. Service: Sewer repair

I was not aware that Roto-Rooter doesn't have their own company anymore. They send out local plumbers. If you think you are calling for Roto-Rooter, you are not. You are getting someone else from a different company. I think it is false advertising. My credit card was charged by different company. Everything went wrong for this plumber. I tried to help with suggestions and he started yelling at me. He said he had 20 years experience and he doesn't need my help. He went on and on yelling at me. I said I was just trying to help. I don't think I've ever had such an awful experience. He said he was going to retire. He spilled sewage water on my carpet and he did call Stanley Steemer and texted me that he will have that cleaned in two weeks. Services: Sewer cleaning, Toilet repair
